The YSL exhibition was an absolute joy to visit and experience. It gives you a feeling and shows you how deep fashion goes, as part of history. The beautiful materials and designs and oh my, the detailed beautifully pieced embroidery, all so finely put together. As a matter of fact if this kept coming around I would be there every time. The thing with exhibitions like these is that every visit you make you will notice something different and also learn more every time.
Some gowns and pieces just gave me chills, just so beautiful. I didn't get much of a chance to stick around and watch all the films played in depth. But there were screenings of old shows and it was like taking a step back into fashion history.
